The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, but noise persisted past 3 am. The service was very helpful and friendly, though room service lacked finesse. The location was quiet, albeit right off the highway. The dining options were limited, with some dishes not meeting expectations.

The hotel was almost a year in the making before my stay, which meant all the basics were taken care of. Although the location was great for all family members, it needed updating and was lacking in environmental considerations. The dining experience was enjoyable but repetitive, with a missing complimentary morning breakfast. Service had its highs with helpful luggage assistance but lows with inappropriate behavior and neglecting to provide WiFi information.

My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were excellent, providing ample space for family gatherings. They were clean and spacious. The service was friendly and customer-oriented, although there were some lapses in cooperation. The location was nice and well-kept, with a cool courtyard. Unfortunately, being right off the highway was a drawback. The dining experience fell short as the food was not warm enough. The facilities were satisfactory, offering what was expected.
